Skilled Nursing:

Our Registered Nurses provide skilled care at home for those who are ill or recovering from an illness or injury. Our nurses specialize in IV care, diabetic care, hypertension and congestive heart failure management and forced CVA (stroke) care..

 

Physical Therapy:

Our Physical Therapists provide patient’s care plan and safety at home, strengthening exercise program, development of individualized exercise program, gait training, pain management and increasing range of motion

 

Speech Therapy:

The ability to communicate is very important aspect of our lives. Our speech therapist will assist you in regaining essential communication skills. The speech therapists will also assist patients with feeding or swallowing problems. They also educate patients on ways to improve their memory.

 

Occupational Therapy:

Our occupational therapists evaluate and provide help with patients who have difficulties with coordination, balance, walking & muscle dysfunction. They insure patient’s safety at home while assisting with developing skills for dressing, eating and bathing.

 

Medical Social Worker:

Medical social workers lend support to patients and families with coordination of community resources, short-term and transitional counseling and alternative living (assisted living or nursing facility) needs assessments. Our licensed medical social workers also coordinate and provide a link for the patient and family to other.

 

Home Health Aides:

Our certified home health aides provide assistance with bathing and grooming, activities of daily living. They also assist patients to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
